Senior cat check

Cats often hide signs of illness until the disease is already advanced. Regular health checks help detect common age-related conditions such as high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, kidney disease, and arthritis at an early stage allowing timely treatment and a better quality of life.

At Vet2You, I adjust every senior check to your cat’s age and individual needs. A complete physical examination is complemented with the following tests:

  • Adult cat (7–10 years): once a year urine test and blood pressure measurement

  • Senior cat (11–14 years): once a year urine test, blood pressure measurement, and blood test

  • Geriatric cat (15+ years): twice a year urine test and blood pressure measurement, and once a year blood test

With these regular checks, we can detect health problems early and keep your cat comfortable and healthy in its senior years.
